Box came damaged but okay
Box unfortunately arrived in quite smashed condition, but luckily the product inside the box is unharmed and scratchless. Very satisfied with the product, very easy to disassemble and clean. Straight forward settings, just follow user manual provided, it covers multiple languages.

Feeder works better than expected
Very good item, I bought it for my cats and yes, it dispenses those kibble pellets well. Just program it and you'll avoid the smell of being fed them. Just that it depends on how you use it, it will last a week.

Helps while I’m at work
The portions are a bit small, but we can make several per day, so no problem. I leave my puppy home during work hours, and this feeder makes things so much easier. It dispenses right on time and keeps her full until I’m back.

Didn’t think I’d need one

Finally sleeping through the night

Solid build, simple programming
Tested this for 3 weeks and works good. My cat couldn't bust it open but kept trying. Only a small drawback, the dispenser delivers portions and not grams. Other than that its easy to program and to use.

Arrived quick, no scratches inside
It comes very well packaged, despite many people saying that the box is broken or very damaged. There were also comments saying that manual only came in Korean, but that's not true, it comes in many languages.
